I added a mini avatar as you can see under people's info and avatar. I uploaded some more (around 35 more).

To change your mini avatar

Click your name up at the top
Logged in as: YourName ( Log Out )

Click Edit Profile

Scroll down to Mini Avatar, and choose one.
